Villa Elegante is an impressive hillside villa overlooking the sea close to Cala Tarida. This modernist villa is surrounded by an expansive 12-acre landscape with formal lawns, gardens and an outdoor pool.

The minimalistic design runs outside in, with a light colour scheme, using neutral and white shades, complemented by dark wood furnishings and details. The villa boasts two living rooms – one with lavish sofas and a large flat-screen television for media viewing, and a second larger space for relaxing and dining alongside sea views. There is also a dedicated dining area, as well as an impressive kitchen with high-quality facilities.

Outside, Villa Elegante enjoys a privileged location amid twelve acres of fenced grounds looking out to sea. The pool terrace is the central outdoor space, with a large fifteen-metre swimming pool and manicured grass lawn. There is also a shaded chill-out area, with stylish seating for al fresco dining or lounging.

Accommodation

Villa Elegante has six bedrooms, each furnished in a modern style. Four of the bedrooms are situated within the man house, while the two additional rooms are in private guest accommodation close to the main property, providing added privacy.
