Sa Punta de S'Aguila, meaning 'Eagles Point' is a stunning five bedroom villa within the Son Bunyola Estate, owned by Sir Richard Branson. The estate is home to three villas and a 26 room hotel with 2 restaurants and spa facilities. Guests can also enjoy the miles of hiking and cycling trails with the 13,000 acres of the estate. Sa Punta de S'Aguila is nestled on a track along the coastline and is a 20 minute walk from a pebble beach. The villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are just a few km away.

The villa itself has been built in the traditional Mallorcan style, with terracotta tiled floors and exposed beam ceilings, and boasts spectacular views of the ocean and mountains. Entering the villa on the upper level, guests will find a kitchen and indoor dining area as well as a spacious lounge leading out to a large terrace perfect for alfresco meals.

The first bedroom is also located on the upper level and boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom as well as access to the terrace.

Stairs lead down to the lower level where guests will find the four remaining ensuite bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a small living area attached as well as access to a terrace. Bedroom 3 also has access to this terrace and has twin beds that can be made into a king. Bedroom 4 boasts a large walk in wardrobe and also has a twin that can be converted to a king bed. Bedroom 5 has a large living area and has access to another terrace.

Spend your days at Sa Punta de S'Aguila relaxing by your private heated pool, playing ping pong or taking advantage of the hotel and estate facilities. All meals and drinks are included. The chefs will prepare a selection of cold items for you to enjoy for breakfast, lunch is a buffet and dinner is a 3 course meal, tailored to your tastes and requirements.
