Overview

Sa Terra Rotja, meaning 'red earth', is a beautiful four bedroom villa within the Son Bunyola Estate, owned by Sir Richard Branson. The estate is home to three villas and a 26 room hotel with 2 restaurants and spa facilities. Guests can also enjoy the miles of hiking and cycling trails with the 13,000 acres of the estate. Sa Terra Rotja is located near the edge of the estate and is a 20 minute walk from a pebble beach.  The villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are easily accessible and are just a few km away.

Entering the villa on the ground floor, guests will find a very large living area with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, with direct access out to the terrace. An indoor dining area is large enough to seat the whole party, but guests also have the option of dining al-fresco, while enjoying the delightful food prepared by the in-house chefs.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each has an ensuite bathroom and terrace. The first bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a twin, while the second has a king bed and a small living area. The third bedroom is located above the first two and also boasts an ensuite bathroom.

The master suite is located upstairs at the other end of the house, giving an extra level of privacy. This room boasts stunning views out over the sea, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding tub and a reading area.

Spend your days at  Sa Terra Rotja relaxing by your private heated pool, playing ping pong or taking advantage of the hotel and estate facilities. The communal tennis courts are also just a stones throw away.

All meals and drinks are included. The chefs will prepare a selection of cold items for you to enjoy for breakfast, lunch is a buffet and dinner is a 3 course meal, tailored to your tastes and requirements.
