Villa Dante 1 is an impressive year-round luxury villa that sits on a plot of thirty acres with dramatic views towards Alcudia Bay and the Tramuntana Mountains. Designed in a traditional Majorcan style on the outside, the villa is surprisingly modern inside, with a light and airy Portuguese-influenced colour scheme, enhanced with signature art pieces and vibrant tones. Entering the villa, you’ll discover the stylish living room with inviting sofas, a cosy reading corner with seating, and access to the panoramic terrace. Close by, the modern kitchen and dining room is an open-plan space with a dining table, breakfast bar and upscale amenities. Downstairs, a cinema with projector  provides the perfect space for rainy days. In the winter months, the indoor heated floors will help keep you comfortable.

Outside, the villa enjoys an impressive setting within a large estate offering distant views of the sea and the mountains. Discover an outdoor dining room with modern furniture and a wood oven, relax in style in the dazzling swimming pool, or sunbathe on one of the bespoke sunbeds close by. The estate also offers a tennis court facility, shared with Villa Dante 2. You’ll be able to use the Wi-Fi connection even in the gardens should you wish!

Accommodation

Villa Dante 1 offers five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms can be set as either twin or double with either single or double bedding.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, as well as two additional bedrooms.

Lower Ground

On the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which provide direct access to the pool terrace.
