Overview

Welcome to the spectacular Villa Ignacio – one of the most impressive hilltop villas in Pollensa. This beautiful modern villa commands outstanding views across the town, while offering upscale accommodation that blends traditional style with modern comfort.

The villa is situated on an imposing hilltop above the historic town of Pollensa. Designed with exposed stone walls and terracotta roofs, this mansion exudes authentic Majorcan charm, while the upscale interior is light and airy, with modern furnishings. Access to the villa is via the upper level. On the ground floor, the living space stretches almost the entirety of the front of the building, illuminated by panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. This space comprises of a sumptuous lounge blending into a dining area with a bespoke ten-seater table, and then into the state-of-the-art kitchen complete with breakfast bar and high-quality amenities. All of these areas gaze out to the jaw-dropping views beyond the terrace and also provide access outside.

On the terrace, you’ll find plenty of space to relax, including bespoke loungers by the modern step-access pool, and a stylish covered dining area for al fresco meal times. Just a short way from the villa are the famous Calvari Steps, which will bring you down into town shod you wish to explore.

Accommodation

Villa Ignacio has five bedrooms across two floors.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms. These include one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms,  and another double bedroom.

First Floor

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room.

Please note: Not suitable for toddlers or those not easy on their feet. Has exposed staircase with no bannister. Rental car is suggested as access is difficult. A small vehicle is recommended due to the narrow street.
