Casa Alicia is a lovely four bedroom villa located in Santa Ponsa and located within a 10 minute stroll to a small cove-like beach. A further 10 minute walk from here you will come to the main beach in Santa Ponsa and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Relaxing family time can be spent on the wonderful pool terrace where you will find plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool measures 7mx4m where you can cool off from the Mallorcan sun.The outdoor dining table allows for long lunches and casual dinner parties with the glistening lights from the harbour in the distance. 

Casa Alicia is like home from home with a wonderful open plan living / dining area. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV and dining table. Patio doors lead out to the sunny pool terrace. An archway leads to the well equipped kitchen area where there is a kitchen island - perfect for breakfast.

The four bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master bedroom features super king-size bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is generous in size and features ensuite shower room and super king-size bed. Bedrooms three and four each also feature ensuite shower rooms and king-size bed.
