Casa Cala Vista has amazing uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea and clear blue skies. The sea is just steps away from the house, while a soft sandy beach is an easy 10 minute stroll away, where you will find a beach bar and a children’s playground. An easy way to explore the area is to catch a small ferry from the mooring next to the beach that takes you sightseeing and into Palma.

In Cala Vinyes, you'll find several dining options within a short walk from the villa. For essentials, there's a Spar supermarket within 5 minutes’ walk. The main beach, Cala Vinyes Beach is also close by, making it ideal for relaxation. Additionally, the Globales Cala Viñas Hotel offers amenities like pools and a spa nearby. 

Casa Cala Vista has been lovingly maintained and is an extremely spacious villa at over 700 square metres and is located on a plot of 2,200 square metres. The spacious, yet comfortable living room and dining room feature wonderful sea views and are perfect for relaxing or socialising with friends and family. 

The villa has many terraces overlooking the warm Mediterranean Sea, including the BBQ terrace with solid teak table and the chill out area under the porch. 

The spacious living room boasts air conditioning, and includes international satellite TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75-inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System plus Bose speakers and Bluetooth for connecting your personal favourite music and a Play Station 3. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges, two Nespresso coffee machines, a professional oven and many extra and personal touches. For dining you are spoilt for choice, either inside in the dining room with spectacular sea views and two solid oak tables or outside: on the BBQ terrace with solid teak table or on a separate table which can be moved to your preferred location or even in the chill out area under the porch. 

For children’s comfort and safety, there is a special child proof fence for the pool (optional), and cots and highchairs are available. 

There are five beautifully furnished suites, all of which have full en-suite bathrooms and spectacular sea views with direct access to terraces. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, including the master suite which also features a double futon sofa bed, private terrace, huge walk-through dressing room, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower. The additional three bedrooms feature twin beds that can be converted to super kings.
