If you are an agent looking for a partner to assist you with villa holiday bookings for your clients, we are here to help. Here are some common questions we get asked from our agent partners. DO YOU PAY COMMISSION?
Yes, we pay commission on all bookings, usually 10% on the accommodation portion of the booking. We will stipulate your commission amount in our quotations. Please also join The Villa Collection Rewards, our incentive scheme in conjuction with My Booking Rewards, where you earn additional cash rewards on every booking made and logged.
CAN YOU OFFER PACKAGES?
Yes, we hold an ATOL license and can book both accommodation only and with flights. We can hold flights with major scheduled airlines but do need to book short haul low cost carriers immediately.
WHAT ABOUT COVID CANCELLATION POLICIES? Our standard booking terms and conditions can be found here
However in the interest of maximum flexibility and transparency , in the case of new bookings we are passing on our suppliers’ covid cancellation policies to you. Some are offering refunds, whilst others are offering credit/deferrals only. We will advise on quotation what these are, so please ensure you make these clear to clients on booking. Please note that we aren’t able to package villas that are not offering refunds at this time.
HOW DO I GET A QUOTE? Simply email or call us with your clients requirements and budget and will send you a relevant quote if we have a suitable property. You can also download unbranded PDFs directly from any villa page on our website. If you cant find a suitable property on our site, we do have access to many more, we simply cannot list them all on our website.
DO YOU HAVE LIVE RATES AND AVAILABILITY? We have live availability on our website for some of our properties, depending on the supplier, and you will see a calendar as a tab on the property page on our website. Rate grids are also usually also included, but please note, these are always subject to change, currency fluctuations and updates, and must be used as a guide only. We always suggest you obtain a quotation with us first before sending to clients.
CAN YOU BOOK OTHER SERVICES?
Yes, we work with professional in destination management companies and most properties can offer pre-stocking of groceries or additional services such as housekeeping or chefs, if not already included. Car hire and transfers can also be organised and are often recommended.
CAN YOU QUOTE IN MULTIPLE CURRENCIES? Yes, we can quote in Sterling, US Dollars and Euros
I’M AN INDEPENDENT AGENT, CAN I BOOK WITH YOU?
Yes, we are a fully bonded ATOL Tour Operator and work with independent agents. If you would like to set up an ATOL Agency Agreement with us, simply email us at email@example.com and we will send you a standard agreement to sign.
I’M A MEMBER OF A CONSORTIUM, CAN I BOOK WITH YOU? We are pleased to be a preferred supplier partner to all major and bespoke trade consortia in the UK (see logos below). This means you can easily book with us through our commercial agreements. If you are part of a consortium we do not work with, then please let us know and we would be delighted to discuss an agreement.
