34A Abercromby Place is part of the Royal Scot Club in Edinburgh’s central New Town and is situated in one of Edinburgh’s finest Georgian streets. This magnificent residence is in the heart of the city and exudes charm and ambience. The residence is in walking distance to all local amenities.


34A Abercromby Place’s furnishings is beautiful and elegant and features 3 ensuite bedrooms. All are zip link beds that can be configured as king or twin beds. Two of the bathrooms have shower and one features shower and separate bath. There is a fourth family bathroom with shower and bath. All linen and towels are provided and Molton Brown toiletries.

The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and seating and dining facilities. Entertainment includes WiFi and a large screen TV with Satellite TV channels. All the bedrooms feature TV’s. The residence has a small internal kitchen or you may prefer to visit The Club two doors down where you can enjoy a Full Scottish breakfast.

Housekeeping can be provided daily at a supplement, however for all weekly, fortnightly and monthly stays, a full mid-week clean is provided. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottles of water.


Leading from the entrance of the Residence is a wonderful spacious terrace with outdoor seating. A safe and secure space in which to enjoy by day and relax with a drink in the evening. Guests are also provided with a key to the beautiful Queen Street Gardens.
