Villa Adria is a beautiful terracotta-hued villa situated right on the glittering shores of Lake Como. With spectacular views and a century-old garden trailing down to the lake’s edge, this villa is perfect for a chic escape to the Italian lakes.
The spacious, naturally-lit kitchen can seat up to eight guests in cosy surroundings, with beautiful views and plenty of natural light. For a more formal dining experience, the living room is close by. Here, a dining table and cosy antique fireplace give an authentic Italian ambiance, while the glass doors to the panoramic terrace ensure that the spectacular views can be enjoyed by all. Downstairs, a well-equipped games room with a pool table, flat-screen Sky TV, and stereo system ensure that there’s plenty of options for rainy days.
Outside, guests can dine al fresco beneath the protective awning, or take a wander through the historic gardens complete with romantic stone stairs, a century-old tree and beautiful views over the lake. A stone staircase leads down to the fantastic romantic garden and the heated swimming pool set just next to the water. The gardens also provide access to the villa’s very own dock, allowing guests to enjoy direct access to the water – perfect for boat rentals and more.
The charming nearby village is just 500 meters away, which places Adria just a short pleasant walk away from restaurants and shops. The bus stop is 50 meters from the villa and the ferry that takes you around the lake is less than a mile.
First Floor
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. These include a queen bedroom with lake views and a private bathroom with tub and wall mounted shower, a queen/twin bedroom with lake views and shared a bathroom with tub and separate shower, and lastly a queen/twin bedroom with lake views and shared bathroom with tub and separate shower.
Second Floor
On the second floor, there is a further queen/twin bedroom with lake views and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi shower.
Please note that all bedrooms have A/C and Wi-Fi, and all the bathrooms are provided with hair dryers
