Apartment Palm is located in Ancão Village Resort, Vale do Lobo, and features three bedrooms and accommodates six guests. The apartment has a large garden area and guests have access to two shared swimming pool, a tennis court, leisure area and you are also a short walk from Ançao Beach.
The apartment is spacious with 160 sqm of living space. The ground floor is open plan and features living and dining area and separate kitchen. Upon entering the property, there is a small hallway with steps leading to the living and dining area. The space is bright and airy. The living room features Smart TV. This area opens to a terrace with private garden area.
The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with all the mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob, oven and microwave. There is also a small table and chairs set up in the kitchen.
The staircase leads up to the first, second and third floor. Over these floors are three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are well lit. Two of the bedrooms are south facing with terraces equipped with table and chairs. One bedroom has a double bed and the remaining two bedrooms have single beds with ensuite shower rooms. There is a bedroom located on each level.
Outside is a slender terrace with a 4 seater dining table and chairs and a garden area that catches the Mediterranean sun. At the end of the garden is a charcoal BBQ. The resort has swimming pool (adults and children) and a tennis court.
At the front of the villa, you have your own parking space on the driveway.
