Casa Miguel is a lovely 4 bedroom modern and contemporary style villa with private pool to rent in the quiet residential area called Punta des Port, between Cala D’Or and Porto Petro, Mallorca.

Casa Miguel spans two floors. On the ground floor there is an open living-dining room with access to the covered terrace and pool area. Modern island kitchen connected with the living-dining room by a large sliding door. On this floor there is a double bedroom with access to the garden and pool area, with en suite shower room.

Three twin bedrooms are located on the second floor, two of which have ensuite shower room and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a balcony which leads to a terrace.

In the basement there is a games room with a sofa, satellite TV, a table tennis and a billiard table. There is also the washing machine.
