Casa Splendida is a wonderful family home located between Lucca and Pisa and can accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms. Casa Splendida offers 220sqm of living space and benefits from being a 10-15 minute walk from a village where there is a restaurant.

The villa is located in a quaint valley with a view of local villages. Modern amenities such as flat screen TV and quick connection WiFi have been added to the house. You can enjoy sitting outside on the patio and admire the breath taking views. There is a private bar area and kitchen with Italian pizza oven. One entrance hall with sitting area, a living room with fireplace and flat screen TV together with comfortable sofas and an elegant library compose the ground floor. The large kitchen and dining room features a bar, which leads out onto the covered patio. One bedroom is located on this level.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor - two of which can be configured as twin. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in bedrooms and living room.

Outside features a pool, a heated Jacuzzi and landscaped terrace. Set amid a lush olive grove, it also comes with a patio for alfresco dining.

There are few metres to reach the house from the parking spot. Please note that the final 300 meters to the villa are a dirt-countryside road, hence low cars are not suitable for rental when booking this property.
