Casablanca Sandy Lane

Casablanca is a luxury seven bedroom villa located within the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate on the west coast of Barbados. This home has been elegantly decorated and meticulously designed. It has crisp white décor, accented with resplendent splashes of colour, dramatic artwork and artistic finish. The villa is nestled within stunning  beautifully landscaped gardens and offers magnificent views of the Sandy Lane Golf Course.

The layout has been carefully though out, with an airy sense of living space and several seating areas for small and larger groups. The fully-equipped kitchen is spacious and features stainless steel appliances, a centre island with two wine coolers, and ample counter space. A cosy dining area is located just off the kitchen area, perfect for casual breakfast dining or afternoon snack.

Just beyond the kitchen is an expansive covered terrace with inviting living spaces for formal dining, entertaining or simply relaxing. The dining area, featuring a circular glass-topped table lit by a simple yet dramatic iron chandelier, overlooks the infinity edge pool. The swimming pool is lined with pristine white chaise loungers and sun umbrellas. The terrace also houses one of the villa’s seating areas with plush cushioned couches, crystal chandelier and artistic décor. A bar and dining gazebo further enhance the outdoor living space, making Casablanca an ideal villa for entertaining.

The media room features ample seating with flat screen TV, chess/checkers table as well as a good selection of books. There is also an entertainment bar.

Three of the guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor with shared access to an open-air patio. An additional guest bedroom and the master suite are located on the first floor and are accessed via a spiral staircase. Each bedroom is decorated in white with its own accent of bright colour. The master suite features dramatic trey ceilings, a small sitting area with views of the pool and gardens, and a private patio overlooking the golf course. The suite also boasts an oversized walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with elegant grey and white marble tiling and chrome finishes throughout. A double sink vanity, rainshower and inviting white marble tub create a luxurious bath space.

There is a guest cottage in the grounds which houses two additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms open on to the cottage’s private terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the garden views. The en-suite bathrooms feature marble tiling, chrome finishes and spacious rainshowers. A sitting area with flat-screen television and an equipped kitchen complete the cottage layout.

For active guests, Casablanca has a private gym with high-end exercise equipment and range of weights. There is also a private Astroturf tennis and paddle court. There is also one road-licensed solar powered golf buggy available for guests use (extra charge).

If you can leave the confines of Villa Casablanca, then you also have access to the Sandy Lane Beach Club, with private cabana, lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the resort’s tennis courts and golf course.
