Fira Vista is a grand five-bedroom Neo-classical villa with an unbeatable vantage point at the highest point of the island in Santorini’s capital. An elegant mansion-style retreat, it is perfect for a large group with separate guesthouses offering privacy as well as sophistication.

The accommodation is arranged in separate sections, which all convene beautifully at the spacious outdoor terrace area overlooking the Caldera and Aegean Sea. The main house of the mansion is the entry point with an open-plan living and dining room, and the master bedroom. The character of the villa is clear to see, from the arches, vaulted ceilings and thick walls, with a authentic Greek luxury style and decor. Views can be enjoyed from the living area out to sea, where you can relax with the marble fireplace and vibrant, contemporary artworks surrounding you.

The exterior of Fira Vista offers a huge dining area and perfect west-facing terrace, as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi and bbq, whilst an indoor dining room has a large table and medieval Spanish style chairs that can easily seat 8 guests. A separate studio has its own entrance as well as kitchenette and private veranda. The villa is in the heart of Fira with access to many restaurants, shops and attractions.

Enter Fira Vista to your open-plan living area, leading out to the private terrace. Dining and sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with cyclical off-white polished cement bathtub, vaulted ceiling, fan and solar chimney. Twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Main House Upper Floor

Double Bedroom (use of ground floor bathroom).

Guesthouse One

Studio on same level as main house with separate entrance, twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Kitchenette and private veranda.

Air conditioning is available in some of the bedrooms, as well as a safety deposit box and WiFi access. There is a change of linen twice per week, and the villa is cleaned daily.

Fira town is only a 5 minute walk away, with Oia approximately 20-25 minutes. Santorini Airport is 20 minutes drive as is the port of Santorini, with beaches also located 20 minutes drive from the villa.
