Howzat Royal Westmoreland

Howzat Royal Westmoreland is a six bedroom villa located within the desirable Ocean Drive avenue of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort on the west coast of Barbados. This magnificent home boasts uninterrupted views of the 13th fairway and out to the western coastline.

Located on the main floor are a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an air-conditioned TV room with surround sound, TV and DVD player as well as a study and 2 sitting areas. Both sitting areas lead out onto a covered patio. A fully equipped kitchen is located just off the main sitting area and features an espresso machine, Miele coffee maker, twin ovens and a wine cool. An indoor dining area can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

A master suite and guest bedroom is located on the upper floor from which you can enjoy views of the sea and golf course. These bedrooms share an interconnecting walk-in close which can be locked off, as well as a shared patio. Both bedrooms have king-size bed, plasma TV and are air-conditioned.

A covered outdoor dining area is located on the main patio with seating for 8. Additional seating is also nearby, ideal for afternoon tea or relaxing and reading. A pool deck with infinity pool and outdoor shower is located just off the main patio.

A self-contained guest cottage with two bedrooms is located near to the pool deck. Both bedrooms have twin beds that can be configured as king beds. The kitchenette is equipped with dish washer, toaster, stove, oven and fridge. A small lounge area has a plasma TV and DVD player.
