La Petite Sereine is a stunning modern 5-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou on the north coast of St Barths and within minutes of the beach and shopping. Spectacular ocean views can be enjoyed from most vantage points. Upper and lower terraces each with a pool are set against the beauty of Lorient Bay with its glorious sunsets.

The living room is spacious and opens up to the covered outdoor living area furnished with sofas and chairs and there is also a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 guests. Just ouside the kitchen is an outdoor BBQ area and second dining table.

La Petite Sereine has 2 heated swimming pools – a large lap pool on the lower leven and a smaller pool on the upper level- with comfortable sun loungers surrounding the smaller pool.

La Petite Sereine’s five bedrooms are nearly identical with quality furnishings, making this home ideal both for families and for couples travelling together. All provide luxurious queen beds, en-suite bathrooms with dual vanities and rain-head showers.

The first and second bedrooms are on the upper level, while the others are on the lower level adjacent to the second terrace and even larger pool. Two stone staircases lead from the lower terrace to a broad, sweeping lawn that stretches down toward palm trees and the ocean view.

Some of the best beaches are located only a short drive away from the villa – Marigot, Lorient, Grand Cul-de-Sac, St. Jean Bay and Anse des Cayes. Or you may want to venture to Gustavia which is only 4.5 miles away.
