Two steps lead you to a spacious main living area furnished with comfortably sofas and a dining table for 14 guests. Large French doors lead to the outside area. A stereo sound system is available providing music throughout the ground floor and outside areas.
The L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped and has a marble island and breakfast stools. The breakfast dining table can seat 10 persons.
Offering 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, all furnished to the highest standard, the estate is an excellent choice for families and large groups wishing to holiday together in luxury.
Next to the kitchen is a second living area with flat screen TV, pool table and board games. The kitchen and both living areas on the ground floor have direct access to the furnished terrace, private swimming pool and garden areas.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and is accessed via the impressive floor-to-ceiling glass hallway. This bedroom is great for a family as there is a double bed as well as 2 single beds (one pulls out from underneath) and a further single bed located on the mezzanine level. This bedroom has ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. A flat screen TV with satellite channels is also located in the bedroom. Double French doors allow access to the outside area.
From the kitchen area, stairs lead up to the first floor where there are a further 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The master bedroom has a Romeo and Juliet style balcony offering outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and access also to the shared furnished balcony overlooking the private swimming pool. On this floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The twin bedroom also has access to the balcony. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. For convenience, a kitchenette is also located on this level.
The remaining three double bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor accessed from the same staircase that takes you to the first floor. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The remaining double bedrooms share a shower room. Direct access to the garden area is available from two of the bedrooms.
A utility room with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer and a facility for making tea or coffee is also located on the lower ground floor.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by immaculate gardens. The swimming pool measured 15m x 5.5m and is surrounded by sun loungers. There is a furnished cabana and BBQ – perfect for alfresco dining whilst soaking up the views.
For young family members, there is a dedicated area for them to enjoy a slide and a variety of outside games to keep them entertained for hours.
Access directly to the beach is through the gate located at the end of the lawn area. Canoes and paddle boards are available for guests to use.
