Marguery Villas Resort is located at the heart of Fisherman’s Village of Black River and offers a collection of one – four bedroom pool villas.

One Bedroom Superior Pool Villa – Offers 91 sqm of living space and can accommodate up to 2 guests and a private swimming pool.

Two Bedroom Superior Pool Villa – Offers 112 sqm of living space and can accommodate up to 2 guests and a private swimming pool.

Three Bedroom Superior Villa – Offering 132 square metres of living space, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor is a living and dining room , one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level as well as access to the roof terrace. The ground floor bedroom and indoor dining area has direct access to the garden and pool area. You can also enjoy al fresco dining.

Three Bedroom Deluxe Villa – These villas have three bedrooms, living and dining area and fully equipped kitchen but are larger than the Superior Villas with 165 square metres of living space, a larger garden area and larger swimming pool. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and two on the upper level.

Four Bedroom Prestige Villa – This is the largest villa at Marguery Villas Resort with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper level and each bedroom has en-suite bathroom.  Both bedrooms on the ground floor as well as the open plan living area have direct access to the gardens and pool area. The swimming pool is 32 square metres and you can enjoy dining next to the pool al fresco.

As well as the villas each having a private swimming pool, there is a communal swimming pool located at the Club House. Marguery Villas Resort also has a bar and restaurant, kids area, fitness centre and the concierge is on hand to help with organising any nearby activities – golf, scuba diving, watersports or sightseeing tours.
