Ocean Heights is located on a cliff front in Prospect, St. James, on the prestigious west coast of Barbados. Its position offers phenomenal ocean views from all four levels of the property. Several stylish restaurants are within easy reach and Holetown is only a 10 minute drive away.

The first, second, and third-floor form the main villa whilst a  separate apartment makes up the ground floor on the lowest level.

MAIN VILLA
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor of the main villa is made up of 3 en suite bedrooms with a central lounge space between the bedrooms.

Two bedrooms also open up to a private covered terrace which lead to the direct beach access from the property.

SECOND FLOOR
Perfect for entertaining. This spacious floor comprises a large dining room, well-lit living space, a modern kitchen and extensive covered patio ideal for outdoor dining. The large windows in the dining room and kitchen allow for amazing ocean views while in the comfort of a wide-open space.

THIRD FLOOR
This floor is dedicated to the Master Suite (Sand Dollar Room), which includes a walk-in closet with dressing area, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower as well as a small area which can be used as a study or lounge.

The third floor of the villa also includes an additional small room with a single bed and no bathroom.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is a self-contained unit. It features a  kitchenette and two bedrooms, one twin room and  one single room. Both include a wardrobe and bath.
