Swinging Sunset Villa is a three bedroom pool villa located within Oia Sunset Villas complex. Oia Sunset Villas are located only 400 metres from the village but also retains a sense of seclusion and tranquility.

Swinging Sunset Villa is an elegant house and has been finished to a high standard. It has been traditionally designed in keeping with Greek architecture. Outside, there is an expansive garden with beautiful flowers.

Inside there are 3 bedrooms – two on the lower level, one with king size bed and one with single beds. The third bedroom is on the upper loft level and has separate bath and living room. In addition, there is a sofa bed which can be configured as a queen bed for an additional guest. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Swinging Sunset Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with blender, electric Grill, electric Stove, refrigerator, toaster, filter and nespresso coffee maker, boiler, dishes, cooking utensils, pantry items and other modern facilities as well as a kitchenette. There is a choice of 2 dining areas, each comfortably seating 6 guests.

Outside there are a private yard offering 300 square metres of living space as well as a balcony with sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and has  BBQ dining area as well as al fresco dining table for 8 persons. There is a private outdoor heated hydro massage spa (for 8 persons) and a private swimming pool, which combined with the perfect sea view, will keep you there the whole day.

Ammoudi bay is just in walking distance, as well as Katharos beach. Ammoudi is a beautiful bay and small port located somewhere between 200 and 300 steps below Oia. The bay is lined with terrific seafood restaurants, with the crystal clear waters lapping at table’s edge. The port is busy with boat tours arriving and departing all day long. Catamarans of all sizes bring tourists to see the volcano, swim in the hot springs, tour the caldera cliffs and beaches.
