Tamarind Villa is a spacious 7-bedroom home on the exclusive Cap Estate and has been decorated to a high standard, with much of the exterior in an attractive coral stone finish. The home is situated on Windward Hills and enjoys views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas.

Located within a landscaped garden and accessible via a remote control gate, Tamarind Villa is a short drive from the 18 hole championship golf course, beaches and Rodney Bay.

There are 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms located on the first floor, and two of the rooms have king-size beds and open onto a high level patio offering beautiful views. Each of these bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The other two bedrooms have en-suite facilities and single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Please note there are no TV’s in the bedrooms.

Three more bedrooms are located on the lower level and cooled with ceiling fans. There is a large sitting and dining room with a TV, a dining table that comfortably seats 12 and another round table that can seat 8. A wooden patio runs the length of the house with outdoor dining tables and sun loungers. The wooden pool deck is adjacent and has an attractive gazebo with seating.
