The Beach House

The Beach House is a stunning eight bedroom villa in a prime beachfront location, ensuring the utmost in relaxation while you enjoy the spectacular ocean views. This home is located on the white sands of Meads Bay – recognised as one of the best beaches in Anguilla.

The Beach House offers an impressive 17,000 square feet of living space and has been tastefully designed and decorated. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows ensure the views can be enjoyed from most of the rooms. The interior of the villa is minimalist in style and contemporary in design with white walls, floors and furniture complemented by splashes of tropical colour.

With more than a dozen dedicated outdoor deck and lounge areas, there is no shortage of spaces for entertaining or quiet solitude. The Beach House is open plan, with spacious living areas and a fully-equipped kitchen.

There are eight bedrooms and The Beach House can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each of the seven bedrooms located on the first or second level feature king-size beds and luxury en-suite bathrooms. The eighth bedroom also offers a king bed and is located in a guest apartment with lounge and kitchen.

The villa rate includes a full staff and a chef. The private chefs at The Beach House are renowned for their culinary skills whether it is preparing local Anguilla cuisine or hosting a BBQ on the sun deck.
