Perfectly nestled cliffside, boasting exclusive access to the island’s iconic beach, The Point Estate is one of the most impressive private Caribbean retreats. There are sleek free-standing guest houses and an open communal hub sits at the heart of the estate surrounded by a jaw-dropping infinity pool with underwater skylights.

Master Suites – 415 – 680 sqft – Sleeping up to 2 guests per room

There are two magnificent master suites, both with spectacular sea views but located at opposite ends of the estate – one at the highest point and the other on the lower edge of the cliff, both with picturesque sea views. Each have a separate lounge, impressive outdoor terrace and the option of an indoor or outdoor shower. Hilltop Master also features a statement winding wooden staircase leading to your very own study.

Rooms – 450 – 510sqft – Sleeping up to 2 guests per room plus shared lounge 308 sq ft each

Sleeping up to 2 guests per room, the five additional guest rooms each have an en-suite bathroom and private terrace with loungers and uninterrupted beach views. Anguilla East & West and Manchioneel East & West are almost mirror images of one another – the Anguilla rooms share a lounge area with TV as do the Manchioneel rooms, whilst Manchioneel West and Anguilla East each feature an outdoor bath. Lime Tree is a standalone room with its own lounge area and views out to Lime Tree Bay where resident turtles live.

The Bunkroom – 420sqft – Sleeping up to 8 children

The bunkroom is a great option for families wanting to keep all the children together – and for the children to escape the adults! It’s packed full of books, games and toys to enjoy. With large sized bunk beds, an indoor and outdoor shower and two toilets, it is ideal for teenagers too.

Guests of The Point Estate also have access to two tennis courts and a gym. The Tennis Pavilion has a wonderfully relaxing observation area overlooking the two tennis courts on island. The grand stand steps work well as a seating area for spectators and also for movie nights. Downstairs is a gym and wellness facility. Upstairs are loungers and chairs overlooking both the courts and the sea front, along with coffee making facilities.

Next to the tennis courts on the beach is a water sports centre. Activities include stand-up paddle boarding, kiting, wake boarding, Hobie cat sailing and snorkelling. Most activities are included in the rates however if the activity involves leaving the island or if a boat with a motor is required, then a charge will apply. A 2.5% service charge and a 3% BVI Hotel Accommodation Tax will be added to your bill.

An optional 1% donation to their charity partner Unite BVI will also be added.

Moskito Island is situated in the British Virgin Islands. The closest international airport is on Tortola (Beef Island – airport code EIS) which is a 35-minute flight from San Juan and a 1 hour 20 minute flight from Antigua. It is possible to fly to the British Virgin Islands via many parts of the Caribbean, with the most popular routes being via San Juan, Antigua and St. Thomas.
