Villa Avalon is a seven bedroom villa located in Punta Leona on the west coast of Costa Rica. Thanks to its elevated position 100 metres above sea level, guests can enjoy the panoramic ocean views and the wonderful sea breeze and also be comfortable in the fact the Villa Avalon is in a gated community.
Villa Avalon has 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning except the Master Bedroom which does not require it due to the natural ventilation, fans and its elevation.

Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom occupying the entire third floor and features King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with large jetted bath and separate large shower area, Dual vanity, His & Hers Dressing room, Front and back terraces with views North and South over Playa Blanca beach, Playa Caletitas beach, mountain forest and the complete Gulf of Nicoya

Ground Floor
Bedroom 7 – 2 Queen size beds, en-suite bathroom with shower. Access to garden area.
Other indoor features include a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, large living area with TV, pool table, board games and enclosed bar. Outdoors is an impressive 40 metre swimming pool with a 33 metre lap lane. For gym enthusiasts, there are outdoor weights / gym area or guests may opt to relax in the large Jacuzzi on the above balcony. A sweeping terrace with outdoor stools and indoor bar access leads inside to cool, off-white spaces with high ceilings. The furnishings are chic and cosy.
Villa Avalon takes advantage of an incredible panoramic view of the ocean and forested mountains, with sunset views all year round. In the mornings you can expect to wake up to a troop of monkeys or a couple of Scarlet Macaws that like to feed on the many fruit trees surrounding the villa; you can even spot the occasional school of whales swimming in the Gulf of Nicoya below.
Villa Avalon and the Punta Leona resort area are truly a family friendly location. Guests of Villa Avalon can hire a golf cart which can be used for the 5 minute trip to the beach of Playa Blanca – a beautiful white sand beach.
The villa is fully staffed with full time cook, gardener and concierge service to ensure you have a memorable stay.
