Villa Marias is a luxurious and majestic 5 bedroom villa located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests - 8 adults and 2 children

The interior has been decorated to very high standard throughout, providing luxurious accommodation for your Algarve holiday. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the property is fenced for complete privacy and security.

Villa Marias  is ideally situated within walking distance of the Ria Formosa nature reserve, and a lovely beach which has several high-end restaurants to choose from. You are also within a short drive from a host of attractions.

On the ground floor is a spacious living area with flat screen TV and open plan dining room and kitchen. The open plan area leads out onto the terrace where there is an alfresco dining table that can seat 10 guests. The kitchen is modern in design and well equipped and has a breakfast bar. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Boch espresso & coffee maker, microwave, and gas hobs.

Villa Marias has three bedrooms that are located on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to terrace on the ground floor, TV

Bedroom 2 – Bedroom with two full size beds, en suite bathroom, built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to terrace on the ground floor

Bedroom 3 – Bedroom with 3 camp beds, adjacent ½ bathroom.

Two bedrooms are located on the First Floor:

Bedroom 4 – Master suite with King size bed, en suite bathroom, large dressing room with built in Wardrobes, TV, double doors leading to private terrace and spiral staircase leading to roof top terrace with fantastic views of Ria Formosa, Gigi Beach and Golf Course

Bedroom 5 – Master suite with King size bed, en suite bathroom, large dressing room with built in Wardrobes, double doors leading to private terrace

All bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms except bedroom three which has a small bathroom next to it.

The outdoor living area will take centre stage for your group gathering. Enclosed outside kitchen includes fridge, gas hobs and gas BBQs. Modern outdoor furniture for relaxation and dinning for 10 people. The swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a day bed.
