Overview

Villa Verona is a beautiful four bedroom villa nestled in beautiful landscaped gardens in Quinta do Lago and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Access to this elegantly furnished villa is via electric gates so privacy and security is guaranteed.

Each of the four bedrooms are spacious and feature ensuite bathroom (One twin/double, two twins, one double). One bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three are located on the upper level. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has flat screen TV with over 200 channels including BBC and Sky. The bedrooms on the first floor have individual balconies. Two of the bedrooms on this level have twin beds and the master bedroom has a four poster double bed and a large terrace with four sun loungers.

The villa has a large, elegant lounge with patio doors leading out the outside lounge area, BBQ and pool terrace. The BBQ area pergola and outside lounge both have electrically operated sunshade awnings.

This lounge has been tastefully furnished and features oak flooring, sofas and armchairs for 8 persons and a stone and marble fireplace. The lounge is air conditioned and also has a heating system for those cooler months. For those that may need to work, there is a desk in the lounge with telephone and high speed broadband WiFi connection.  Double doors connect the lounge to the adjoining library and to the hall.

The library, which has a hand made bookcase that lines the whole of one wall, is located next to the lounge. It is classically furnished and includes a sofa, armchairs and a large ultra HD smart TV,  surround sound, 200 channel cable TV including all the main BBC, Sky and ITV channels plus some HD channels and streaming services. 
 

The kitchen is top of the range and includes an island unit with wine rack and a breakfast table that seats 6. The fully-equipped kitchen has Microwave, Dishwasher, Magimix Food Processor, Juicer, Toaster, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle, Icemaker, Larder Fridge and stainless steel Range Cooker. It also has its own flat screen TV.  Patio doors lead from the kitchen to the outside dining area and BBQ. There is a second American style fridge freezer and wine cooler in the store cupboard off the hall. Across from the kitchen is a formal dining area that can seat 10 guests.

Outside is as impressive as the interior. There is a large heated swimming pool, sun loungers and landscaped gardens. A large, sunny pool terrace has 8 rattan sun loungers surrounds the pool.
