Coral Breeze - Mullins Bay is a lovely three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom luxury villa located in the exclusive, gated Mullins Bay community on Barbados’ West Coast, just a short walk from the soft sands of Mullins Beach.

Inside, the villa features a bright, open-plan living space with high ceilings, plenty of natural light and ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the covered outdoor dining and lounge area, making it ideal for both relaxed island living and entertaining.

Outdoors, the private swimming pool is set amid lush tropical gardens, and comes complete with cushioned loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, making it perfect for cooling off after a morning on the beach or an alfresco barbecue.

The villa features three bedrooms including a master suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and direct poolside access, a second bedroom with twin beds (convertible to a king on request) and an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for comfort.

The villa also includes a guest powder room, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and beach essentials, while housekeeping is provided six days a week. A Villa Manager is on hand to assist with concierge services.

Guests staying at Coral Breeze enjoy the added benefit of access to nearby Sugar Hill Estate facilities (summer only), including a fitness gym, tennis courts (advance booking required), communal swimming pools and an on-site restaurant and bar.

The villa is just a two-minute walk to Mullins Beach and is close to beachfront dining options like SeaShed and Salt Bar right across the road, and has easy access to the vibrant towns of Speightstown (about 5 minutes) and Holetown (about 10 minutes), where you’ll find additional restaurants, shops and amenities.
