The villa’s layout includes two bedrooms on the upper level and one on the ground floor, with a bonus office or flexible space that can be used for remote work or as an overflow sleeping area on request. Kai’s private plunge pool, semi-covered patio and lush tropical landscaping create a tranquil outdoor oasis, perfect for relaxation or casual al-fresco gatherings.

Interiors are warm and inviting, featuring a relaxed Caribbean design that complements the villa’s peaceful setting. While the villa is conveniently located near the main road, thoughtful planning and planting ensure a comfortable and calm stay.
