Overview

Kaiso is a beautifully four-bedroom villa set directly on the golden sands of Barbados’ West Coast. With four en-suite bedrooms, the villa has been designed to maximise indoor-outdoor living, with uninterrupted sea views and an easy, understated elegance that instantly puts you at ease.

Three en-suite bedrooms are located on the upper level, each offering generous bathrooms and elevated outlooks, while a fourth en-suite bedroom on the ground floor provides a convenient option for guests who prefer minimal stairs. The light-filled open-plan living and dining areas open seamlessly onto the beachfront pool deck, creating a relaxed flow between inside and out, with a balance of sun-soaked and shaded spaces for lounging and entertaining.

Outdoor living is central to the Kaiso experience. A private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi overlooks the ocean, while a shaded beachfront gazebo comfortably seats up to sixteen guests, making it ideal for long, leisurely lunches or evening dining by the sea. With direct access to the beach, swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling are just moments away.

The villa also features a dedicated exercise studio that doubles as a pool house, equipped with free weights, a gym bench, yoga mats and blocks. With its own bathroom and direct access to the pool area, this space adds both flexibility and convenience, allowing guests to move effortlessly between fitness, pool and beach throughout the day.

Please note: over the Festive period Kaiso can only be rented alongside it's sister villa Kai, making it a 7 bedroom property sleeping 14 guests.
