Overview

Located an hours’ drive from Kingston and an hour and a half from Montego Bay, Sea Salt Villa is found in Old Fort Bay, a gated community in Mammee Bay, Ocho Rios. The villa sits on the doorstep of an outstanding white sandy beach with crystal waters typical of the north coast.

Originally made famous in the 1970s when the Rolling Stones stayed while spending time in Jamaica, the property has recently been renovated to fit the contemporary and comfortable island lifestyle of today. The villa is beautifully appointed on two acres of private manicured grounds and has state of the art furniture, equipment and amenities throughout the house and fabulously landscaped grounds.

The villa comprises of the main house with 5 beautiful sea view bedrooms, all with exceptionally comfortable accommodations and views, and 2 cottages. The main house consists of 2 bedrooms downstairs and 3 upstairs, each having access to either a balcony or their own patio. The balcony has comfortable sofas, hammocks and swinging chairs and is a perfect spot for morning coffee with the view of the sea and sounds of the waves
right below.

Relax in the comfortable living area on large, plush sofas and as the evening draws in enjoy sundowners from the bar on the large outdoor terrace. A full BBQ area is the perfect place for a light lunch straight off the grill.

Adjacent to the main house are the two cottages: Pine Cottage and Ginger Cottage. Each can accommodate a further four guests. The cottages each comprise of two rooms; one king bed room and one room with 2 queen beds. These cottages can be added to the main house to accommodate up to 14 or 18 guests.

Sea Salt Villa has all the amenities you could possibly want to make you holiday a once in a lifetime experience. Children will be entertained by several slides and swing sets throughout the gardens, hold tournaments on the Pickle ball court (a smaller version of a tennis court), work out in the fully equipped gym and of course relax by the beautiful beachfront pool. Various watersports are also available including kayaks, paddle boards, boogie boards and snorkels and fins.

The villa is staffed by A chef, an assistant chef, 2 butlers, 2 housekeepers and a gardener.
