Villa Regal Hvar is a romantic seven-bedroom villa situated on Hvar Island, just a fifteen-minute walk from Hvar Town. Ideal for weddings or family escapes, this luxury villa is an excellent choice for your island getaway.

The interior has been recently renovated, with stylish tiled floors, quality wood furnishings and a warm colour palette. The villa’s elegant guest rooms are shared across the three floors of the residence, while the expansive living area can be found on the first floor. Here you can admire spectacular sea views, dine in style at the 12-person dining table or relax in comfort in the lounge. There is also a country-style kitchen with modern amenities for your convenience.

Outside, Villa Regal Hvar offers a grand sea-view terrace, fronted by an impressive heated infinity pool that illuminates at night. A BBQ and outdoor dining table ensure that you can make the most of the climate by dining al fresco, while the verdant surrounds of pine and lemon trees provide a tranquil setting for your stay.

Accommodation

The villa provides seven bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and a satellite TV. Of these seven, all but one provide direct sea views.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two of which offers king beds and direct sea views and terrace access. The third bedroom has twin beds, and ensuite bathroom and no view. It can be connected the bedroom two or used separately.

First Floor

On the first floor, you will find a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and a bathtub, leading to a stunning sea-view terrace. This floor is also home to an additional kitchen, dining area and living room with large sofas and a covered terrace with stunning views of the Adriatic. 

Second Floor

The final three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is a master suite with a lounge area, a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and an exit to the large private terrace with beautiful views of the bay. There is also a yoga room on this floor with mats, perfect for a morning meditation.
