The design separates the villa into three distinct apartment units, each with its own level. Each area of the villa boasts its own living area and kitchen facilities for added convenience. The ground floor features the most impressive living space, with grand arched doors leading to the sea-view terrace, a sumptuous seating area, and a large dining table for up to ten guests. When it comes to leisure time, you’ll be able to enjoy the convenience of an in-villa gym as well as a relaxing sauna.

Outside, the villa features a heated swimming pool, extensive terrace space with dining area and outdoor lounge furniture, as well as access to the sea via a private jetty.
