Adler comprises three levels, each with the same minimalistic yet inviting style and impressive sea views. The ground floor is the main space, with an open-plan living and dining room that benefits from glorious natural lighting and high ceilings to create a light and airy space to relax in. A fireplace keeps things cosy, while the sliding doors to the terrace let you head outside with ease. The villa’s well-equipped kitchen is close by, and also provides access to the terrace where you can dine in style under the Cretan sun. Downstairs, guests can discover the convenient laundry room and a playroom/fitness room, complete with elliptical machine, bike, weights, boxing bag and table tennis & football.

Outside, the villa enjoy a prestigious setting amid private gardens and looking out to sea. The spacious sun terrace takes full advantage of this, which means that guests can even admire the views from Villa Adler’s private infinity pool, or just from the comfort of a sunbed. Lower Ground Floor

On the lower ground floor there are four bedrooms. Three of these feature twin/ double beds and en-suite shower rooms. The fourth bedroom has a 1.6m bed, a small en-suite shower room and doors leading to the pool area.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there are two sea-view bedrooms. One bedroom features a 1.6m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, while the second bedroom is accessed via a separate external entrance and has a 1.6m bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower room, and doors leading to a terrace with views.

First Floor

On the upper level, there are two sea-view bedrooms. One is a master bedroom, with a 1.8m four poster bed, an en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, and a terrace with views. The second bedroom is accessed via an external staircase, and has a 1.6m bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and access to two small terraces.

Just 4km from the resort town of Elounda, and a short drive (8,5km) from the city of Agios Nikolaos in eastern Crete, Villa Adler is an ideal choice for large families and groups.
