Overview

Villa Lacura is part of a newly built complex, sitting below its sister property Villa Solstice. The villa is only 100m away from the sandy beach Kalamaki, as well as local shops, cafes and restaurants. The town of Chania is only a 20 minute drive away.

The whole villa is spread across one level. Upon entering you will be greeted by the open plan living and dining room, complete with fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room leads out to the pool area and outdoor dining table.

The villa boasts three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs. Two bedrooms have double beds while the third has twin beds. There is an additional sofa bed for two extra guests if needed. A well equipped gym is also available for guests keen to maintain their fitness routine.

Spend your days at Villa Lacura exploring the local area or relaxing by the pool. Enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the gas bbq and cool drinks as the sun goes down.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for the months of October, April – 15th May upon request to about 26-27°C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November until the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost of 70€ per day. Three days advance notice is required.
