Villa Olia is a stunning five bedroom villa set in one acre of land which boasts flowers, herbs and 250 olive trees. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and the Bay of Navarino and is close to all four of the nearby golf courses. The historic Pylos town is a 25 minute drive away.

The villa has been designed in a unique moon shape which allows it to blend beautifully with its natural environment. The villa is spread over three floors and offers beautiful views from most rooms in the property. The ground floor is home to a spacious open plan living and dining room as well as a full open kitchen. Two bedrooms are also located on this level, both with a King bed that can be converted to twin, ensuite bathrooms and access to the pool and garden. One of these bedrooms can accommodate wheelchair users.

On the first floor guests will find an additional two bedrooms, both with twin beds that can be converted to a king, ensuite bathrooms and access to a large seaview terrace. The playroom is also located on the first floor which is the perfect oasis for younger members of the family. The final bedroom can be found in the basement level along with a professional kitchen and laundry room.

Spend your days at Villa Olia enjoying the pool area, for children there is a treehouse and playground and an outdoor living area with BBQ is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco meals.

For guests wanting a touch of luxury a private chef can be arranged as well as a private yoga instructor (additional costs). Babysitting can also be organised.
