Villa Carina 3 encompasses a vast portion of the prestigious Paradise Estate, combining the main villa and several guesthouses to offer luxury boutique accommodation for up to 24 guests.

The six-bedroom villa is the residence’s central hub, boasting a spacious living room and dining area, along with the main kitchen. This light and airy space has been decorated to the highest of standards, with modern styling yet also including a plethora of authentic Greek decorations and furnishings. You will find each guestroom and many communal spaces to be air-conditioned, plus each guestroom has its own bathroom for the utmost convenience.

Outside, the villa truly shines, with numerous terrace and pergola spaces as well as the impressive 110-square metre swimming pool. A spacious covered kitchen and dining area lets you enjoy the experience of al fresco dining out of the sun, while the furnished pool deck is perfect for those seeking to work on their tan. Main Villa

Ground Floor

On the ground level, there are three bedrooms. Each room features an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. One room has two single beds, one room has a double bed and the third room has a double bed and a sofa. Each room leads to the outdoor area through a balcony door.

First Floor

On the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms. Each room features an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. One is a master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi tub, plus access through a balcony door to the front terrace. There is also a double bedroom with sea views and the last bedroom which also has a double bed, and provides access to the side terrace through a balcony door.

First Independent Guest House

Located on the lower level of the main villa, the first guest house has a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds behind a partition, as well as a bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, two sofas and a mini-fridge.

Second Independent Guest House

Located on the lower level of the main villa, the second guest house has a bedroom with a double bed and also features an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, air-conditioning and a sitting area with sea views.

Four Guestrooms

There are also four guestrooms side by side, with impressive sea views and a secluded pergola sitting area. Each of the guestrooms has air-conditioning, a double bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views. Two of the rooms also boast a kitchenette.
