Overview

Villa Kakariki is a 245 sqm property sitting within a large plot of 5,500 sqm and is ideally located in one of the of the most beautiful parts of Sifnos, on the side of a steep slope overlooking the Aegean, Platis Gialos Bay and its popular sandy beach.

Surrounded by gardens and large separate verandas, the residence was built in 2006 with typical Cycladic architecture lines and is made up of 4 independent units, ideal for groups of friends or families that appreciate company moments but can also have privacy when needed.

Unit 3
The main unit of the villa consists of a double room with 2 single joinable beds and en suite bathroom (shower, A/C, sea view, terrace access), a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with seating area,  (TV, A/C, fireplace)

Unit 4 (pool level guest house)
The lower unit of the villa is a studio with private entrance (sea view, terrace access) with twin joinable beds, a small seating area (TV, A/C, mini hifi) with a sofa bed (may accommodate a child), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower
