Villa Rocca 1914, constructed in the early 1900s and lovingly renovated in 2023, is an architectural gem located in the region of Puglia, Italy. The villa reflects the eclectic styles of early 20th-century Italian architecture, showcasing stone walls and vaulted ceilings. The exterior boasts intricate stonework, arched windows, and decorative balconies, with an emphasis on symmetry and grace. Surrounded by lush olive groves and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is situated in a serene countryside setting that showcases Puglia's natural beauty. Many Apulian towns are within easy reach, as well as several popular beach clubs on the coast.

The interior of Villa Rocca boasts refined, high quality furnishings in earthy tones, giving the property a warm and inviting feel. A fully equipped kitchen with stone-vaulted ceilings is the perfect place to cook Italian delights, while the wine cellar is full of carefully selected wines that will compliment any meal (price list in villa). The cozy living area also boasts stone-vaulted ceilings and sits directly on sedimentary rock, leading out to the outdoor terrace and dining area.

The villa features nine bedrooms, each with a large king bed and ensuite bathroom. The master suite also boasts a 4 person jacuzzi featuring the room's original floor. Each bedroom is equipped with underfloor cooling and heating as well as dehumidifiers.
