Casale Felicità is a beautiful and one-of-a-kind villa which has been lovingly renovated by its current owners, an Italian architect and his Australian wife. Set within a breathtaking, secluded valley in the heart of the Chianti wine region, the property has the perfect balance between tranquility and seclusion without being in any way remote. It is just a 20-minute drive from the historic city of Siena, an hour from Florence and only 5 minutes from a charming local village which offers a fabulous restaurant and a few essential services. The property was previously owned by a renowned American writer and was also used as a film set for the BBC television series “Summer’s Lease”.

Upon arrival at the villa guests are welcomed by a classic Italian entrance covered loggia. The main living areas of the property feature beautiful handmade Tuscan terracotta tiles, enhancing the villa’s charm. These areas include a grand entrance foyer, a spacious double lounge with an open fireplace, a light and airy separate dining room, and a sleek, contemporary gourmet kitchen.

French doors from this main living level open to the villa’s outdoor spaces, including a traditional Tuscan pergola with a built-in oak table. Perfect for evening meals, this outdoor dining area comfortably seats up to twenty guests.

On the first floor, guests will find an additional living room and another stunning covered loggia, offering comfortable seating to be enjoyed all year round. Three of the villa's five double bedrooms are located off this living area including the master suite which features its own entrance, built-in wardrobes, and a separate bedroom with fireplace. French doors open from this suite onto the covered loggia, offering a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. This floor also includes two additional double bedrooms, both bright and airy, each with its own contemporary Travertine bathroom. One of these rooms even offers direct access to the loggia.

A second, equally luxurious master suite is located on the ground floor, featuring French doors that open onto the olive grove.
