In a quiet, residential area above San Agustín bay, Casa del Ocaso is a bright and spacious holiday home in a great location for enjoying the delights of San Antonio and Ibiza’s beautiful west coast. Here, you’re just a five-minute drive from the restaurants, bars and nightlife of San Antonio and ten minutes from the wide golden sands and crystal-clear waters of Cala Bassa, as well as a short walk to local restaurants and shops as well as a small beach. 

Sitting on a spacious plot of 1,325m2, the private gardens feature lawn, terraces and decked areas, creating a wonderful place to relax by day or night. The swimming pool is surrounded by a smart wooden deck and a line of loungers where you can bask in the Ibizan sunshine. Tall palms frame the view across the rooftops to the distant hills from the poolside seating while, at the far end of the garden, a tall, craggy pine offers some shelter from the sun. 

The terrace that stretches the full width of the villa is home to two al-fresco dining spaces, seating four and six respectively. Here, wide, sliding glass doors open onto the cosy interior living spaces. L-shaped seating surrounds a large TV, next to a formal interior dining space, seating eight. A breakfast table in the bright, spacious kitchen seats four. There’s also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. 

The rest of the four bedrooms, including the master suite, are located up the wide staircase on the upper floor. The master suite enjoys access to the upper terrace and boasts a large en-suite with shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The other three bedrooms share use of the family bathroom. 

A tranquil spot just a stone’s throw from the famous beaches and sunset spots of Ibiza’s west coast and the buzz of San Antonio.
