Overview

Son Balagueret is a traditional four bedroom Mallorcan villa within the Son Bunyola Estate, owned by Sir Richard Branson. The estate is home to three villas and a 26 room hotel with 2 restaurants and spa facilities. Guests can also enjoy the miles of hiking and cycling trails with the 13,000 acres of the estate. Son Balagueret is located in the heart of the estate and is a 40 minute walk from a pebble beach.  The villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles are easily accessible and are just a few km away.

Guests will notice the historic features of the villa, including the original turret that dates back to the 13th century. The lower level is home to a large, open plan living room and dining room as well as a full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for the whole family. A laundry room and pantry are also available for guests convenience.

One bedroom is also located on the lower level and boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Below this bedroom on the semi-basement level, is a similarly sized room, also with an ensuite bathroom and either twin beds or a king bed.

The master suite is located on level 1, the entry level, with a king bed, reading area, ensuite bathroom and charming views of the courtyard below. The final bedroom is located in the historic tower and is spread across 3 floors. The bathroom is located on the lower level, a private lounge area on level 1 and the bedroom on level 2.

Son Balagueret has several lovely outdoor areas to be enjoyed, including an outdoor lounge and dining area for al-fresco meals, a traditional courtyard perfect for a quiet reading space, and finally the private pool area that is only a short walk from the villa. Relax on comfortable sun loungers by the heated pool, and enjoy playing with the inflatables provided.
