Casa Vivienda is an elegant and modern four bedroom villa in the charming port town of Port Andratx. Plenty of shops, restaurants and waterfront attractions are within walking distance, with one local restaurant only a few doors down. 

The interiors of the villa are sleek and modern, but also comfortable and stylish. A white and blue colour scheme in the main living area reflects the costal location as well as a striking modern chandelier as a centrepiece, giving the room a touch of elegance and flair. Large glass door let in plenty of natural light and lead out to the outdoor seating area and pool deck. The full kitchen features a large American style fridge freezer as well as a breakfast bar, perfect for a casual breakfast or quick coffee. 

The bedrooms have all been designed to be light and airy, with three enjoying partial sea views and two with their own terraces. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The additional three bedrooms are on the first floor. The large master bedroom features a king bed, private terrace and en-suite with a bath and shower as well as his and hers vanities. The remaining 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, share a family bathroom. 

The outdoor areas of Casa Vivienda are something very special. From the large private pool where you can relax on comfortable sun loungers during the day, to the spacious roof terrace that enjoys panoramic views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your hot tub, both areas are wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy the warm weather and beautiful sun sets.
