Villa Kaia is a luxury newly built five bedroom villa with stunning views of the bay of Chania. The property is within easy reach of many quaint greek villages as well as hidden coves and sandy beaches. For those wanting to visit Chania, known as 'Little Venice', it is only a 45 minute drive away.

The villa is set over two floors and is designed to make the most of the stunning views from all living areas and bedrooms. Entering the villa on the upper level, guests will find four of the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, ensuite shower room as well as a freestanding designer bath. The room also has access to both a shared and private balcony. The second bedroom features a King bed that can convert to twin bedding as well as an ensuite shower room and private balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms share a large separate shower room and feature a King bed in one and two double beds in the other. Both rooms have access to a balcony.

The lower level of Villa Kaia is home to a large open plan living and dining area as well as a full, luxury Italian kitchen. This floor also features a cinema room which can be used for multiple functions; a cinema, conference room or even an additional sleeping area with two extra sofa beds. The room features a 75 inch, flat screen TV, Netflix, PlayStation 4, Amazon Prime, Satellite TV and a wireless printer.

The fifth bedroom is also located on the lower level and features a King Bed, ensuite shower room and access to the pool area. An additional shower room and laundry are also located on this level for guests convenience.

The fantastic outdoor area is where you will be spending most of your time at Villa Kaia. The 40m2 infinity pool has stunning views of the sea beyond and also features a shallow children's area for younger guests. Next to the pool area guests will find a full outdoor dining area including large dining table covered by a pergola, outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
