Villa Marino is a lovely 5/6 bedroom villa and has been decorated to a high standard and is a great choice for those looking for an affordable luxury villa in Quinta do Lago.

Villa Marino has five bedroom suites on the ground and first floors, and a further multi-use bedroom on the lower level adjacent to the games room, more suited to teenagers use.

Ground floor bedrooms -

Bedroom 1: This smaller bedroom features a twin sofa pull-out bed that can be converted in a double bed, with an en suite shower room.

Bedroom 2: (Grey Room): This can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom with direct access to a private terrace overlooking the pool / garden area. There is an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. TV.

Bedroom 3: (Brown Room): This can be prepared as either a twin or double bedroom, and overlooks the pool and garden area. TV. En suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

First floor bedrooms - 

On the first floor you will find the 2 Master suites and an extensive circular outside terrace with a private area for each of the rooms.

Bedroom 4 (Beige): This Master suite can be prepared as a twin or a double bedroom. With a private dressing area, TV and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath overlooking a fantastic country view. This big bedroom is ideal to people who want to have some relaxed and quiet time reading or sunbathing.

Bedroom 5 (Light Blue): This Master double suite with white linen curtains features a TV and a private dressing area, as well as an en suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower unit, both enjoying amazing views of the surrounding landscape. A private terrace with 2 sun beds is ideal for people who want to have their own personal space away from the common areas.

As well as three bedrooms on the main / ground floor, there is also a living area with 2 comfortable sofas that overlooks the pool/garden and terrace area. It is furnished with TV, DVD player and music system and leads into the indoor dining area. The indoor dining room is furnished with a large wooden table and can seat up to 14 guests and has direct access to the BBQ terrace and kitchen.

Villa Marino's kitchen is fully equipped with large freezer and fridge, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven and electric stove. There is also an American breakfast table with 2 high seats. The kitchen leads into the laundry room.

The main living areas lead out onto a terrace and garden area, with sun loungers dotted around the swimming pool. An alfresco shower is located next to the BBQ area and the music system includes 2 speakers outside.

Villa Marino is great for families as the lower level has a games room with snooker table, table tennis, big-flat TV screen, Playstation 3, surround sound system and DVD player. There is also a multi-use bedroom next to the games room (additional charge applies for use of this bedroom)
