Villa Sia is a beautiful, stone-built property with easy access to Kassiopi village and Soukia Beach.

Four spacious, en-suite bathrooms make this villa ideal for your next family getaway or holiday with friends. It has been finished with very high specification fixtures and fittings that will make your stay extremely comfortable.

Set across three levels, the master bedroom is located on the top floor, enjoying spectacular views out over Kassiopi from your large balcony. Heading down to the main living area floor you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area as well as a high-end full kitchen with granite worktops.

Also located on the living area floor are the twin room as well as the second double room both with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Both rooms have doors leading out to balconies overlooking the pool. The final bedroom can be accessed from the pool area on the lower level and has its own en-suite shower room.

The large pool is set within a stone and old brick patio and walled garden. Relax under the parasols on one of the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy al fresco dining on warm summer nights at the outdoor dining table.
