The interior of Villa Dorota has a unique and calming ambiance with a well-coordinated colour scheme that creates an open and spacious feel. The villa offers stunning views of Palmizana and the Adriatic Sea in the distance. The property occupies a total area of 600 square meters, with the interior covering 500 square meters. It has four levels: ground floor, first floor, and a duplex penthouse accessible via outdoor stairs.

The ground floor area features a charming living space that includes a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. It also offers a massage studio, fitness room, laundry room, an en-suite twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace that offers utmost privacy and features a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, and lounge seating. The terrace also includes an alfresco dining area and a barbecue, providing a perfect spot for enjoying traditional meals with family and friends.

On the first floor, there is an additional kitchen and dining room, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a sea-view terrace, and an extra toilet.

The luxurious duplex penthouse is fully equipped for everyday living. It features a terrace with a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, creating an ideal place to retreat into your private oasis. It includes two double en-suite bedrooms and one twin bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom.

The villa also has a small annex apartment for staff with bunk beds.
