Casa Nissaki is a beautiful four bedroom villa located in the hamlet of Apolisies, just outside the pretty harbour area of Nissaki. The property is set over three levels in order to take advantage of the amazing location on a hill, giving panoramic sea views from almost every window.

Entering the property you will immediately notice the interior design is invoking 'holiday'. From the soft furnishings in shades of blue, to the contrast of the blue shutters agains the white walls and the terracotta tiles, you will immediately feel relaxed and far away for the hustle and bustle of daily life.

An open plan living room and kitchen greets you, opening out to a large verandah with outdoor dining table that can seat all eight guests. Enjoy your meals alfresco while admiring the  beautiful view of the ocean and the Nassaki coastline below. The master bedroom is also located on this level and boasts an ensuite shower room, dressing area and a balcony with stunning views.

Taking the stairs up to the first floor and a large living area. The room has beautiful high ceilings and comfortable sofas, as well as a second kitchen/bar area with a drinks fridge. French doors lead out onto a large covered verandah with stylish rattan furniture, perfect for enjoying sundowners or a pre dinner cocktail.

The three other bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and each has its own ensuite shower room and French doors leading outside. A utility room is also located on this level.

Casa Nissaki has an extremely large pool, perfect for a large family or group of friends. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers are dotted around with lots of other shady areas to relax in the heat of the day.
