Millennium Villa is a stylish newly built three bedroom property with stunning views out over the bay of Chania. Several traditional Greek villages are within easy reach, as is the Cretan coast with its beautiful beaches and secluded coves with crystal clear water. The city of Chania is just a 45 minute drive away.

Set over two levels, the villa makes the most of the panoramic views with multiple terraces and balconies. On the lower level guests will find a spacious and tastefully designed open plan living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room boasts spectacular views of the pool area and bay beyond. Guests can also enjoy a cinema room with large TV and sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

A guest toilet and the first bedroom are also located on the main level. The king room has an ensuite shower room and enjoys direct access to the pool area.

On the upper floor guests will find the master bedroom with a King bed, ensuite shower room and access to a shared and private terrace. An additional double bedroom with king bed that can be converted to twins and ensuite shower room also has access to a private balcony.

The exterior of Millennium Villa boasts multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. The private heated infinity pool is the perfect place to relax with a good book, while the outdoor kitchen and large outdoor dining table are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining.

The location is ideal. Within a couple of minutes walk of the villa there is a shop, coffee shop, bar and two restaurants in nearby Kokkino Chorio village.

Plaka village is a 5 minute drive where you can find supermarkets and numerous restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine

There are many options when visiting local beaches in the area.

The ‘Secret Beach’ is a small secluded beach 800 meters from Kokkino Chorio and the village of Almyrida has a lovely sandy beach and is abundant with seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers numerous watersports activities for those guests who are more adventurous, including, diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.

The villa is perfectly situated between the city of Chania and the large town of Rethymnon and both offer historic charm and are beautiful to visit.
