Enjoy best of the French Riviera lifestyle. Villa Laudero is most famous for its previous owner, the cosmetic icon Estee Lauder. It has now been completely restored and one of the most striking features, apart from the architecture is the sea views from every level of the house.

There are several terraces leading out from the house into the garden which are great for enjoying the outdoors and the views. Enjoy relaxing amongst the flat garden terrace, a dip in the heated swimming pool and alfresco dining with a summer kitchen.

The villa has a large entrance hall with a grand staircase, guest toilet, two living rooms,  a fully equipped high end kitchen, dining room that opens up onto a nice terrace with a barbecue. There is also a utility room on this floor.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Cannes Californie within easy access into Cannes and down to the beach.

Compulsory end of stay cleaning fee
Inspection fee of the villa – 600€
Compulsory insurance: 1.8% of the total rental value

Film Festival (14 – 25 May ) and Cannes Lions  (17 – 21 June) weeks are at a premium of Euros 4330 per week.
